Neurologically based chiropractic care focuses on optimizing the nervous system's function, which is essential for overall health and well-being. At Harmony Family Chiropractic in Cary, NC, we specialize in this approach to provide personalized care for individuals of all ages, including pediatric, prenatal, and family care.

Why choose Harmony Family Chiropractic in Cary, NC, for pediatric chiropractic care?

A common misconception people hold about chiropractic care for kids, is that kids are “treated” the same as or similar to adults.  This, unfortunately, may be the case in a lot of chiropractic offices, and perhaps you have experienced this before, but kiddos are not just smaller versions of adults.  Each and every stage of development has unique and specific needs, both in muscles and bone growth as well as in neurodevelopment (i.e. milestones – holding head up, sitting, crawling, standing, walking, etc.), and children deserve to see a Chiropractor specialized in these seasons and changes.

How can prenatal chiropractic care benefit expectant mothers at Harmony Family Chiropractic in Cary, NC?

Prenatal chiropractic care at Harmony Family Chiropractic in Cary, NC, offers numerous benefits for expectant mothers. It can help alleviate pregnancy discomfort, support proper alignment, optimize nervous system function, and promote a healthier pregnancy, labor, and delivery experience. We want to ensure you get the best care so our doctors are Webster Certified.

What does a holistic approach to family chiropractic care mean at Harmony Family Chiropractic in Cary, NC?

At Harmony Family Chiropractic in Cary, NC, a holistic approach to family chiropractic care means considering the whole person and their unique needs. We focus on addressing the underlying causes of health issues, promoting optimal function in the body, and empowering families to make informed choices for their overall wellness.

Why might a kid need chiropractic care?

We actually don’t want kiddos to need care!  Our desire is for all kids, and people, to be living their best life, at full capacity with optimal health… that’s what we call “living life Straightahead.”

But, let’s face it, we live in a broken world where stress is unavoidable and unrelenting.  This stress often will accumulate and create tension in the spine and nervous system.  Some of the more common causes of this tension are: Pre-conception or in pregnancy stress, birth trauma (induction, meds, epidural, extraction, posture, compression, c-section, etc.), toxins, and emotions, to name a few.

Chiropractic does not get rid of the stress, it simply helps your body adapt better to it and be more resilient in your journey through life, no matter what age.

At Harmony Family Chiropractic in Cary, NC, we believe in personalized care tailored to each individual's needs. Our chiropractors take the time to understand your health goals, perform thorough evaluations, and develop customized care plans that consider your unique circumstances and promote optimal family wellness.

Do you take my insurance?

We do not work or contract with any insurance providers. The focus of our practice is to help you meet your individual healthcare goals. This not only allows our practice members to get more out of their care, but we have found that our prices are less than what many people would typically pay with insurance.

Simply put - We want to make sure that you and your family get the care you need & deserve; not just what is “covered” or “allowable.”  We strive to provide the BEST quality of care possible.  True Health Care begins with caring about your health, and we care too much to allow anything to compromise YOUR CARE & RESULTS!

Also, by not working with insurance, we are able offer affordable pricing to our practice members, with options that utilize incredible benefits of individual and family savings plans.  No matter what the situation is, we work hard to make the care affordable for our practice members.

Therefore, we choose to let each practice member have the freedom to choose what is best for themselves and their families.  We work for you, not a premium.

How much is "an" adjustment?

Because of our level of expertise and the reality that our reputation rests on the results we deliver (which is likely how you heard of us?), we do not function in an al la carte manner.  Every process takes time.  In fact, the very “thing” that brought you to our practice has probably developed over time, through many variables, and likely as an accumulation of multiple factors.  To reverse this process and restore your health, there is no shortcut.

The human body is designed to be self-healing and self-regulating.  If your kiddo or family is stuck in a struggle, it is likely this healing/regulating mechanism is or has been compromised, and Chiropractic works by restoring this natural-normal ability, which you already have hardwired into you!

So much like weight loss, training, or even getting braces on your teeth, the results you desire are tied closely to the physiology which simply needs time to heal and “adjust” to the changes being made through chiropractic care.
