Meet the Team

  • Chris Hopkins, DC

    CHIROPRACTOR x FOUNDER

I’m Dr. Chris, and I’ve always known that being a chiropractor was my true calling. Growing up, I knew I wanted to help people, but it wasn’t until my mom started working for a chiropractor in Tampa, FL, when I was 20 that I realized how. That experience completely changed the trajectory of my family’s health, and I saw firsthand the power chiropractic care has in helping people heal naturally and thrive—not just survive. In fact, after experiencing the benefits of chiropractic care, my dad, my sister, and I all became chiropractors, driven by the same belief that we could help others experience the life-changing impact of chiropractic.

With just a year left in chiropractic school, I met Dr. Jaylene, and we instantly knew we were meant to build a life together. We both share a passion for changing lives, and we were determined to create a practice where families could thrive. Fast forward to today, and we’re living out that dream with Harmony Family Chiropractic in Cary, NC. Every day, we get to empower families to take control of their health, and it’s incredibly fulfilling.

With a passion for empowering people to feel and live at 100%, I lead the team at Harmony Family Chiropractic in delivering this vision to families in the Cary community and beyond. Our bodies are intelligent and wonderfully designed to heal when we remove the stressors upon them and give them time to do so. That’s what drives me to create a space where families can experience true healing, uncover their full potential, and lead their healthiest lives.

In addition to my chiropractic training, I’m pediatric certified with advanced training and education in Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT), Activator Protocol, Advanced Thompson Protocol, Neuro-Tonal, Diversified, Logan Basic, and Webster certification (because pregnant mamas deserve the best care!). But at the core of everything I do is my belief that the body has an incredible ability to heal and that chiropractic care plays a huge role in unlocking that potential.

When I’m not in the office changing lives, you’ll find me on the golf course, reading a good book, or out in the garden working on our mini homestead—because nothing beats growing your own food and getting your hands dirty.

  • Jaylene Bair, DC, CACCP

    CHIROPRACTOR x FOUNDER

I’m Dr. Jaylene, and I believe that health isn’t just about getting by—it’s about thriving. My journey to becoming a chiropractor wasn’t traditional, but it was exactly what I needed. I started my career working night shifts in the emergency room, all while pursuing medical school with the intention of becoming an emergency doctor. I loved the thrill of it, but over time, I realized that something was missing. The more I explored my beliefs about health, the more I realized that the path I was on didn’t align with what I truly believed in.

It wasn’t until I started seeing a chiropractor that everything changed. Their encouragement to consider chiropractic school stuck with me, and after a lot of soul-searching, I made the decision to move to Florida and attend Palmer College of Chiropractic. And that’s when my passion for chiropractic care—especially for families, pregnancy, and children—was ignited.

My mission is simple: I want to empower families to take control of their health, rather than just treating symptoms or managing sickness. I know that the body is capable of incredible things when we give it the right tools, and that’s what I strive to provide through neurologically-based chiropractic care. My approach isn’t about simply fixing pain—it’s about unlocking the body’s potential for true healing.

Continued learning is one of my passions! I’m pediatric certified through the ICPA and PXDocs. With advanced training and education in Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT), Activator Protocol, Advanced Thompson Protocol, Neuro-Tonal, Diversified, Logan Basic, Pelvic Floor Case Management, and Cranial Adjusting.

The best part of this journey has been building Harmony Family Chiropractic with my husband, Dr. Chris. Together, we’ve worked hard to create a space where families can thrive, where every adjustment, every conversation, and every piece of advice leads to a healthier, more balanced life. We love serving our community in Cary, NC, and making lasting impacts on the families who walk through our doors.

When I’m not in the office, you can usually find me with my family—Chris and our son Lincoln—exploring the Triangle, visiting our favorite coffee spots, thrifting, listening to a personal growth podcast, hiking, or tackling another DIY project.

  • Clarke B.

    FINANCIAL + CARE COODINATOR

Clarke was born in Naples, FL but grew up primarily in Wilmington, NC. When she is not at work you can find her riding her bike on the greenways, reading a good book, watching anything to do with true crime, doing a DIY project, or enjoying a hot vanilla latte.

She is a proud fur mama to Indi, her 9-year-old pup, and two rambunctious kittens named Olive and Shandy.

Clarke had never been to a chiropractor prior to the pandemic, but after a 10-minute conversation with Dr. Jaylene, she was confident that Harmony was where she needed to be. She says that chiropractic has and continues to change her life. Clarke wanted to know as much about chiropractic as possible, so in addition to outstanding on-the-job training, she also completed both the Basic and Advanced Chiropractic Assistant Certification Programs, as well as obtained her Chiropractic X-Ray Certification.

Why does Clarke love Harmony? Most of all she loves how positive and happy it is!

She looks forward to sharing your chiropractic journey with you!
